Cosmetic surgery, while it is very exciting, is very frightening as well. You want to look the "best" and have the "best" physician perform the surgery. After contacting many surgeons and reading their backgrounds, I decided to go with Dr. Foley. He has many years of experience and is ranked among the Top 10 Cosmetic Surgeons in the Twin Cities area. I found Dr. Foley to be very thorough an d attentive. He explained the procedure I was about to undergo in-depth and listened to my many questions, answering each of them in detail. This letter conveys my appreciation and gratitude for Dr. Foley’s excellent care throughout two daunting surgical operations. My first surgery was a breast reconstruction due to loss of my breast because of cancer. Dr. Foley fully explained the procedure and made me feel as comfortable as possible during a very stressful time. In addition to the breast reconstruction, he also uplifted my opposite breast. He absolutely insisted on making as many adjustments as necessary to that my breasts would match each other. I can now say that I think my figure looks better than before my cancer!

On April 2, 1998, I underwent Mons chem surgery with nasal tip and supratip defect. I was referred to James Foley M.D.; F.A.C.S. by Dr. Noel A. Hague. On April 4, 1998, an axial advancement flap was done on my nose by Dr. Foley. On a scale of one to ten, I would definitely rate Dr. Foley a triple ten because of the excellent grafting he did plus his wonderful personality, skill and expertise in this field, along with the office staff that are always willing to help you with any questions or problems.
